Usually, the project lifecycle will begin with engaging the key stakeholders, encouraging them to assist us in pinpointing the fundamentals of the system, documenting the results of the scoping exercise.

We prefer to work closely with team delivering the project in an agile approach. This ensures a timely delivery of key functionality to users.

Training is supplied following the implementation and additional support is provided during the transition of system go live, ensuring that the system is fully adopted by the users.
